A recent Wall Street Journal article describes the success (despite the recession) of several green products.

Rules of Engagement

The Basics: provide useful content; respond to comments; keep it reasonably short but not cryptic; be civil, respectful and professional; be a regular contributor

Engaging Content: provide educated, thoughtful scholarly opinions (avoid off the cuff, ill-conceived ideas); be controversial (don't say what your bloggers most likely already know); ask for comments (and raise good questions); provide reviews (of related material such as books, journal articles, classroom discussion, other postings, events, etc.); provide images and links when it would be helpful in making your point or stimulating interest in your post.
